We schedule:
1 week ahead for mechanical work
2-3 weeks for collision repair
For collision repair, making an appointment for an estimate is the first step to getting your car fixed. Estimates usually take 15-20 minutes and during this time we will look over your vehicle damage, discuss what parts needs to be ordered, and then email you a written estimate as soon as we are able.
While we work will all insurance companies, each company’s claim procedures are different. We are a direct repair facility for State Farm and Erie Insurance, this means that they work directly with us in helping repair your vehicle. Additionally both State Farm and Erie guarantee, along with Penn Automotive, the repair work done to your vehicle.
Most insurance claims have a deductible. A deductible is the amount per your policy that you agree to pay to the Penn Automotive out-of-pocket in order to repair your vehicle. This amount (usually $500) is paid directly to us when you pick up your car. The deductible can be paid with cash, check, or credit card when you pick up your vehcile.
